Our product development and technology teams are headed by 6-year Gradient veteran Ms. JoAnn Lemm and by 9-year Gradient veteran Mr. Robert Gawne. Ms. Lemm and her highly credentialed team are responsible for all software design and architecture, code development, database administration and QA and QC for all client-facing websites and backend processes that support all products of Gradient and of numerous strategic partners such as Thomson/Reuters, Credit Suisse (AG) and Microsoft Corporation. Ms. Lemm is a Sun Java Certified Professional who holds a Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from Colorado Technical University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University. Mr. Gawne is responsible for technology operations and support overseeing our large virtual and redundant fiber channel network, computer technology and help desk.
