Gradient's sales and client relationship teams report to
Mr. RJ Hines (COO).
Our experienced teams consists of seasoned Wall Street veteran institutional
sales people, traders and client relationship managers. Our sales team's objective is
to deliver the right combination of our products that will meet the unique needs of
our clients to ensure that we are their most trusted research partner.
The client relationship team at Gradient engages in customized, timely and
proactive dialog with each individual user of our research services.
The breadth and diversity of experience on these two teams make our staff highly
effective at understanding and meeting the individualized needs of each client.
The most senior member of the sales team is four-and-half year Gradient veteran
Mr. Robert Ridgway (Senior Vice President). Mr. Ridgway spent most of his career in
research, sales and trading in New York City with Merrill Lynch and The Williams
Capital Group. He also has buy-side experience with Brandes Investment Partners.
The most senior member of the client relationship team is four-and-half year
Gradient veteran Mr. Kurt Van Houghton (Manager, Client Services). Mr. Van
Houghton has a 20 year career in client service, and 10 years within financial services
including his tenure at Edward Jones and Merrill Lynch.
